PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune reclamation; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of February, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Belmont Substation).
