A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
