Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, and being Section 8, Block III, Inangahua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 113/31, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 7250.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes in the Borough of Oamaru

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS additional land is required at Oamaru for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff railway now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1951.
SCHEDULE
ALL those areas containing together 3 roods 29·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 6, 7, and 8 on a plan deposited with the District Land Registrar at Dunedin under No. 6710 and being Parts of Sections 7 and 9, Block 1, Oamaru Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11116, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a university college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of October 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 13 acres and 28 perches.
Being closed road and being shown as Lot 211, D.P. 7955, being part Rural Section 12.
Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of October 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 7 acres 3 roods 37·9 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 215, 217, 219, 220, 451–456 (both inclusive) 519–526 (both inclusive), D.P. 38570, and Lots 457–472 (both inclusive), D.P. 38571, being parts Allotments 87, 87B, 87C, and 216, Parish of Titirangi, and being parts of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 705, folio 382, and Volume 974, folio 200 (Auckland Land Registry).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 acres 1 rood 34·5 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 12–20 (both inclusive), D.P. 37863, being part Clendon’s Grant in the Parish of Papakura, situated in the Borough of Manurewa, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1004, folio 33 (Auckland Land Registry).
