Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown Land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Great Barrier
Island County, containing by admeasurement 1,543 acres and
26 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Fitzroy
Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Tryphena Survey District,
and being Allotments 128, 129, 130, 131, 138, 139, 140, 141, N.E. 142,
182, and 182A of Aotea Parish. As the same is more particularly
delineated on plan No. 15/13, deposited in the Head Office of the
New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of
October 1951.

New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Oxford County,
containing by admeasurement 3,454 acres, more or less, situated in
Blocks IX, X, and XIV, Upper Ashley Survey District, being
Reserve 4619, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north
and east by Rural Section 36845 ; towards the south-east generally
by Rural Section 36847 ; and towards the south-west generally
by Reserve 3547 (permanent State forest) and Rural Section 36845.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 135/4,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Canterbury plan S.O.
5445L.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day
of September 1951.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Ohinemuri
County, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 27 perches,
more or less, being Section 1, Block I, Waihi North Survey District,
and being formerly part of Whangamata 6B 3B 3 Block. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 26/51,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service
at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (South Auckland plan
S.O. 35376.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day
of September 1951.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the South Auckland Land District, Waitomo
County, containing by admeasurement 5,517 acres 3 roods 29 perches,
more or less, being Section 11, Block XII, Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6,
Block XV, and Sections 9, 10, 11, and 19, Block XVI, Kawhia
South Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 35/8 and 35/9, deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day
of September 1951.
