The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925, the registration of the Inangahua Licensed Victuallers’ Industrial Union of Employers, registered No. 1996, situated at Inangahua, will, unless cause to the contrary be shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
