Commissioner of the Supreme Court Appointed
WILLIAM KENNETH McKENZIE, Esquire, Cohuna, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Sir Arthur Fair, Acting Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Victoria under section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

The Standards Act 1941, Sections 3 and 4—Notice of Appointment and Reappointment Respectively of Members of the Standards Council
NOTICE is hereby given—
(1) That Mr. W. A. Joiner, representing the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, has been appointed by the Minister of Industries and Commerce as member of the Standards Council to hold office until 31 March 1953, in lieu of Mr. F. R. Callaghan who has resigned his office.
(2) That the persons whose names are set out hereunder have been reappointed as members of the Standards Council to hold office until 31 March 1953 ; also that Messrs. G. A. Lawrence and W. L.
