Land Held for the Purposes of a Road Set Apart for Scenic Purposes, in Blocks IX and XIII, Maungataniwha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a road, is hereby set apart for scenic purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 444 acres 3 roods 27 perches.
Being part Mangamuka West Block No. 3D in Proclamation 6409.
Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Maungataniwha Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23655.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of September 1951.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of September 1951
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the common use of the Ngati Ruaka Tribe and the Ngati Rangi and Ngati Hine Sub-tribes as a marae and papakainga.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, situate in Block VI, Tauakira Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 17·2 perches, more or less, being part of the Maori Land Court subdivision known as Ranana Reserve No. 10. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 21/3/193, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the common use of the Ngati Pakau and Mahurehure Sub-tribes and for Maoris living in and near Taheke as a marae.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situate in Block IV, Waoku Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being the Maori Land Court subdivision known as Taheke B (formerly Whataipu B 6A 1). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 21/3/238, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 21/3/237, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 21/3/236, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
