Crown Land Set Apart for Road in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1951.

Easement Taken for Soil-conservation Purposes in Block XVII, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation purposes, vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty and licence and authority from time to time to make and construct and lay down and forever to maintain and use a line or lines of water-pipes of such size or sizes as may from time to time be reasonably required through and under the said land, and to use such pipes for the purpose of conveying water; and vesting in His Majesty the King full and free right and liberty for himself his surveyors, workmen, agents, employees, and licensees either with or without implements, tools, machinery, material, and other things to enter upon the said lands and to erect machinery and other erections thereon, for the purpose of laying the said pipes, and to break up and sink, made excavations, construct, and fill trenches and shafts on the said lands, and to open up, remove, and replace the said pipes or any of them as often as occasion shall require for the purpose of inspecting, amending, renewing, or repairing the said pipes and maintaining the same in good and satisfactory repair, order, and condition; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of September 1951.

Situated in Block XVII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22437.)

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for Soil-conservation Purposes in Block XVII, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of November 1949, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 74 of the 8th day of December 1949, at page 2776, taking land for soil-conservation purposes, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Reefton Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first, secondly, and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Gilbert George Cross, of Cronadun, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 40, folio 57 (Nelson Land Registry), and the leasehold estate in the land fourthly described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Sidney Thomas Williams, of Waitahu, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 32, folio 51 (Nelson Land Registry), are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1951.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service-lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1951.
