for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land :-

0 0 9.2 } Parts Rural Section 204.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O.
7422.)

In the Canterbury Land District ; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134433, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day
of September 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of
water-power (Bunnythorpe Substation) ; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of
September 1951.
