A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood. Being Section 2, Block IX, Town of Ohakune, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 553, folio 25 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District (Borough of Ohakune).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of September 1951.
