ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1951
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize Eric Alexander Baddeley, Frederick Stuart Baddeley, Percy Norman Baddeley, Cyril Baddeley, and Harry Ralph Baddeley, all of Kakatahi, Farmers (hereinafter referred to as the licensees), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDI TIONS

IMPLIED CONDITIONS
The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof. -
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensees with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively. -
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
The system of supply shall be an alternating-current system as described in paragraph (d) of clause 21–01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. -
DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1972.
SCHEDULE

Overhead lines for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from the generator situated in Maraetaua 3B 2B Block, Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, in the County of Wanganui, and proceeding as follows:
(a) In a northerly direction to a house;
(b) In a southerly direction to a house, thence in a westerly direction to a terminal pole.
The said lines being more particularly shown by means of blue lines on the plan marked S.H.D. 152, deposited in the office of the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department. -
An underground cable for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from the said terminal pole and proceeding in a westerly direction across the Mangawhero-Murimoto Road to a wool-shed, the said cable being more particularly shown by means of a broken blue line on the said plan S.H.D. 152.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby consent to the assignment to Corran Scott McGregor, of Mangaweka, Farmer, Douglas John McGregor, of Raetihi, Farmer, Margaret Alison McGregor, of Waihi, Spinster, and Helen Isobel Hayward, of Taihape, Married Woman, as tenants in common in equal shares, by the New Zealand Insurance Company, Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, as executor of the estate of David Strachan McGregor, late of Raetihi, Sheep-farmer, of the rights, powers, and privileges of the said company under an Order in Council dated the 20th day of September, 1950, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 21st day of the same month, at page 1760, authorizing the said company to erect and use certain electric lines in the County of Waimarino.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was taken.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (I) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for buildings of the General Government over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.
