Vesting a Reserve in the Wairoa County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1951
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa, in trust, for plantation purposes.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
Lots 4 and 5 of Section 5, Block VI, Taramarama Survey District: Total area, 16 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act, 1948, and subject also to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act, 1950. WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a site for county buildings:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tuapeka:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tuapeka, in trust, for a site for county buildings.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Section 1628R, Block VIII, Benger Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 15·3 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act, 1948, and subject also to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act, 1950. WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Bluff:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Bluff, in trust, for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 25·3 perches, more or less, being Lots 1–7 and 10–16, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill under No. 4319, being part Section 15, Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 151, folio 273 (Southland Registry); subject to Drainage Easement created by Transfer No. 73275 in favour of Bluff Borough Council, and subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act, 1948, and subject also to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act, 1950.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Hokitika Free Kindergarten Association

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1951
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a kindergarten site:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Hokitika Free Kindergarten Association:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 17 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby constitute the Hokitika Free Kindergarten Association a special Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) for the purpose of controlling and managing the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a kindergarten site; and doth hereby vest the control and management of the said reserve in the Board, which shall hold the said reserve in trust for the purposes of a kindergarten site subject to the condition that:—
The Board shall have prepared and submitted at an annual meeting to be held in the month of April in each year a report of the proceedings of the Board for the previous year ending on the 31st day of March, together with a statement of the receipts and expenditure of the Board for such year. A copy of every such report and statement, certified by the Board to be correct, shall be sent to the Minister of Lands as soon as possible after each annual meeting.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 11·2 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hokitika under No. 1062, being part Reserve 496, Town of Hokitika, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 28, folio 228, limited as to parcels (Westland Registry).
