In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District (Whangarei Registry)
In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the trusts declared in a declaration of trust dated the 4th day of January, 1894, in respect of an endowment for the maintenance and support of a resident clergyman of the Church of England at Waimate North.
NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme for the variation of the endowment created by the said declaration of trust has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Whangarei, and will be considered and dealt with by a Judge of that Court at Auckland on Friday, the 12th day of October, 1951, at 9.15 o’clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
The said scheme is open to inspection by the public at the office of the said Court at Whangarei without fee or charge.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Petone Borough Council has executed a certain public work—namely, the formation of Regent Street in the Borough of Petone—and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts.
All persons affected by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Jackson Street, Petone.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 19·5 perches, more or less, being part of Section 5, Hutt District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 90, folio 285 (Wellington Registry).

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:—
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £1 12s. 6d. per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, £1 5s. (Volumes for years 1941 and 1942 are out of print.)
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, £2 7s. 6d. per calendar year in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
