Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
32 perches.
Being Lot 31, D.P. 3735, being part Section 155, Motueka District, situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 102, folio 238 (Nelson Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August, 1951.
