to be the Domett Domain Board, having control of the land described
in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the
21st day of September, 1951, at 7 o’clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Domett Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—DOMETT DOMAIN

ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total of 46 acres
2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being:—
Reserve No. 3177, Cheviot Estate, Block XIX, Lowry Peaks
Survey District: Area, 11 acres 1 rood, more or less.
Also Reserve No. 3241, Cheviot Estate, Block XVI, Lowry
Peaks Survey District: Area, 8 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve No. 3148, Cheviot Estate, Block XI, Cheviot
Survey District: Area, 12 acres 2 roods, more or less.
Also Reserve No. 3158, Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey
District: Area, 10 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve No. 3895, Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey
District: Area, 3 acres and 24 perches, more or less.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of
August, 1951

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Robert Ernest Dawson,
Stanley Thomas Freeman,
Clifton Eric Gorrie,
Alpha Cecil Brown Heath,
Maurice Henry Hoole,
Bertrand Julius Matwig,
Marino Milich,
Joseph Morris, and
Henry Charles Reynolds

to be the Tutamoe Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday,
the 27th day of August, 1951, at 8 o’clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Tutamoe Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of
August, 1951

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 26th day of
June, 1946, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
4th day of July of that year, a Domain Board was appointed to
have control of the Korakonui Domain therein described:

And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order
in Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in
this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the
aforesaid Order in Council dated the 26th day of June, 1946.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 31st day of May,
1944, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 8th
day of June of that year, a Domain Board was appointed to have
control of the Beachlands Domain therein described:

And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in
Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in
this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the
aforesaid Order in Council dated the 31st day of May, 1944.

Vesting a Reserve in the Dunedin City Council

At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve
for water-conservation purposes:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Dunedin:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section
9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof,
the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin, in
trust, for water-conservation purposes.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 23, Block V, and Section 55, Block VIII, Waipori Survey
District: Total area, 891 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less.
Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59
of the Land Act, 1948, and subject also to the reservations imposed
by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act, 1950. (S.O. plan

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay
Rabbit Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section 9 of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth
hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the
Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board, in trust, for Rabbit Board
buildings.
