Price Order No. 1274 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1225) (Eggs)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1274, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1225* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 2nd day of August, 1951.

The Second and Fourth Schedules to the principal Order (as substituted by Price Order No. 1271†) are hereby amended by omitting the references to the Wellington Egg Price Area, and substituting the following references respectively :—

Price Order No. 1273 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1219) (Corn sacks)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1273, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1219* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 2nd day of August, 1951.

Clause 3 of the principal Order is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Corn sacks” the words “other than second-hand corn sacks.”

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Poroporo Development Scheme)
——
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 20th day of September, 1933, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 68 of the 28th day of September, 1933, at page 2466, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District, containing 60 acres 2 roods 15 perches, more or less, being part of Poroporo A 3 Block, situate in Block XII, Mangaoparo Survey District, as shown on the plan numbered M.A. 1/4/2, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington.
