A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-
A. R. P. Being
0 0 6 Part Lot 11, D.P. 1325, Pukepapa D Block; coloured blue.
0 0 29·3 Part Lot 12, D.P. 1325, Pukepapa D Block; coloured sepia.
Situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4648.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134744, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of July, 1951.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Culverden Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Ernest Henry George Burrows, of Culverden, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 465, folio 95 (Canterbury Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 2·8 perches.
Being part Section 26, Culverden Settlement, being formerly part Sections 76 and 90, Square 90.
Situated in Block II, Culverden Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8070.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134707, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land and an Easement Over Land in Blocks X and XI, Kawakawa Survey District, Taken for a Quarry

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry, and also do hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for His Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the said quarry, such right-of-way to be appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.

0 2 10·9 Part Lot 2, D.P. 26645, being part Allotment 75, Kawakawa Parish; coloured yellow.
Situated in Blocks X and XI.
All situated in Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36493.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134711, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 33·2 perches.
Being Allotments 4 and 5, Block III, D.P. 279, and being also part Section 39, Block IX, Strath Taieri Survey District, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 150 (Otago Land Registry).
