A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 8·38 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 12024, and being also part Sections 38 and 39, Harbour District, situated in the Borough of Eastbourne, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 479, folio 136 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the rights-of-way appurtenant thereto, created or reserved by Conveyance No. 86122 and Memorandum of Transfer No. 316125 Auckland Land Registry, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a recreation-ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.
