A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

2 3 9·8 Adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block VIII, and part Section 1, Block X, Tuatini Maori Township.
1 1 14·3 Section 2, Block X, Tuatini Maori Township, and part Mangaahauini No. 9 Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4616.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134730, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1951.

Revoking Part of Proclamation Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Midland Railway (Portion of Murchison Section)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 20th day of May, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 22nd day of the same month at page 1672, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 744, defining the middle-line of a further portion of the Midland Railway (portion of Murchison section), in so far as it affects Lot 3, D.P. 3324, being part of Section 50, Town of Murchison, situated in Block I, Tutaki Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 110, folio 12, Nelson Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of July, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a worker’s hostel; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 39 perches.
Being Reserve 4607, being formerly part Reserve 3832, being part Town Sections 96 and 97.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a workers’ hostel, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August, 1951.
