A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
22·16 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 5583, being part Section 5, Block VII, Town
District, and being the whole of the land comprised and de-
scribed in Certificate of Title, Volume 304, folio 200 (Otago
Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of February, 1951.
