APPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the AOTEА DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD, as lessor on behalf of the owners, under (now) Part XVIII of the Maori Land Act, 1931, of Lease 12172, affecting 507 acres situated in Block IX, Rarete Survey District, being the Maori Land Court subdivision known as Waimarino A16, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 436, folio 298 (Wellington Registry), of which HERBERT STANLEY CHADWICK, formerly of Raetihi, Farmer, but now of Hamilton, retired, as executor of EMILY EUGENIA CHADWICK, deceased, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I shall register such re-entry as requested on the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
