THE following resolution passed by the Hobson County Council
on the 15th day of June, 1951, is published in accordance
with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950.
RESOLUTION
THAT the Hobson County Council assumes responsibility for the
administration of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950, within the district
of the County of Hobson as from the 1st day of July, 1951.

THE following resolution passed by the Clifton County Council
on the 13th day of April, 1951, is published in accordance
with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950.
RESOLUTION
THAT in pursuance of the powers conferred by section 22 (1) of the
Noxious Weeds Act, 1950, the Clifton County Council hereby assumes
responsibility for the administration of the said Act within the
County of Clifton from the 13th April, 1951.

THE following resolution passed by the Southland County
Council on the 15th day of June, 1951, is published in accord-
ance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950.
RESOLUTION
THAT the Southland County Council assume responsibility for the
administration of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1950, within all parts of
the County of Southland, other than the town districts therein, as
on and from the 1st August, 1951.

Classification of Roads in Kawhia County
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle
Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby
approve the Kawhia County Council’s proposed classification of
the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the
Kawhia County.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for an aerodrome ; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the
post-office at Waharoa, and is there open for inspection ; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
