Sale of Unclaimed Property

Police Department,

IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the Police at Auckland, Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, and Invercargill Stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, the 14th July, 1951, be sold thereafter by public auction. Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Superintendent or Inspector of Police in charge of the District.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

H. A. Clark, corner Maungakaramea–Auckland Main Highway, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station premises at corner Maungakaramea–Auckland Main Highway.

H. J. Hende, corner Taranaki Street, Picton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at corner Taranaki Street, Picton.

B. R. Dunn, Main Road, Tolaga Bay, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Main Road, Tolaga Bay.

R. Kelman, Main Road, Lochiel, via Winton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Main Road, Lochiel, via Winton.

D. G. Aldridge, 386 Somme Parade, Wanganui, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at 386 Somme Parade, Wanganui.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 5th July, 1951, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
