Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Gisborne
[L.S.] B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres 0 roods 11·6 perches.
Being Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 1312, and being part of Subdivision 30, Matawhero B Block (Te Hapera), Block II, Turanganui Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 40, folio 286 (Gisborne Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation and river-control purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3·5 perches. Being part Section 92, Hutt District, and being also Lot 7, D.P. 9797, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 421, folio 265 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 32·9 perches. Being part of Section 91 of the Hutt District, and being also Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.

16 1 12 Parts Lots 30 and 31, D.P. 191, being portion Allotment 25, Section 1, Takapuna Parish, part of the said land being shown as Lot 39, D.P. 16871, situated in the Borough of Takapuna, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 425, folio 22, Auckland Land Registry.

Occupation Licence in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIV, Norsewood Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the occupation licence in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Frank Tapp, of Dannevirke, farmer, under and by virtue of occupation licence issued with a right of purchase, recorded in the Land Registry Office at Napier as H.B. Volume 8, folio 197, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.
