Declare Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 39·6 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 3982, being part Section 2, Block IV, Lindhurst Hundred, situated in the Borough of Mataura, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 147, folio 55, and Volume 147, folio 126 (Southland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of June, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.

Approximate areas of the pieces of additional land taken :-

0 0 28·5 Part Te Wharau Block ; coloured yellow.
0 0 27·3 Part Te Wharau Block ; coloured blue.

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134390, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken : 5·8 perches.
Being part Section 5.
Situated in Block VII, Forest Hill Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5935).
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134434, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1951.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June, 1951.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of additional land taken : 23 perches.
Being parts Lots 500 and 501, D.P. 1, being part Rural Section 7555, situated in the City of Timaru, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 89, folio 294 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1951.
