ALL that area situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 31·4 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land marked recreation reserve on D.P. 6570 and being part of Sections 14c and 76B, Ngarara West A Block.
Also all that area situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land marked recreation reserve on D.P. 7462 and being part of Sections 76A and 76B, Ngarara West A Block.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Hector McDonald Crowe,
Stanley George Mackie,
Dugald Paterson,
Kevin John Walsh, and
Frank Tracy Wisnewski
to be the Tarata Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the 23rd day of June, 1951, at 8 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tarata Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Springs County Council
to be the Coes Ford Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the 14th day of June, 1951, at 2 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Chambers, Springston, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Setting Apart Maori Land as a Maori Reservation

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of May, 1951
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the common use of the Ngati Rongo hapu of the Tuhoe Tribe as a meeting-place and recreation-ground and as a site for a meeting-house and dining-room.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District containing 3 acres, more or less, situate in Block I of the Waimana Survey District, called or known as Ruatoki C Section 31A, and being the whole of the land in a Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 16th August, 1950.
