At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of June, 1951
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 1 acre 2 roods 38 perches.
Adjoining part Allotment 240, and part Lot 4, D.P. 7227, being part Allotment 304, Kirikiriroa Parish.

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Onerahi Town Board Required Under the Town-planning Act, 1926, to Prepare and Submit a Town-planning Scheme

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of May, 1951
Present:
The Hon. K. J. Holyoake presiding in Council
Whereas the Onerahi Town Board, a borough council within the meaning of the Town-planning Act, 1926, desires to prepare and submit to the Town-planning Board a town-planning scheme in respect of all land within the Onerahi Town District:
And whereas His Excellency the Governor-General is of opinion that settlement is taking place within the said town district at such a rate that the preparation of a town-planning scheme is advisable in the public interest:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13 (2) of the Town-planning Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby require the Onerahi Town Board to prepare and submit to the Town-planning Board before the 31st day of May, 1952, a town-planning scheme in respect of all land within the said town district.

Foreshore Licence: Boat-building Shed and Slipway—Paremata—Alfred Carr Saunders

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of May, 1951
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act, 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit Alfred Carr Saunders, of Paremata (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Paremata, in Porirua Harbour, as shown on plans marked M.D. 8783, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a boat-building shed and slipway thereon as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5).
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of June, 1951.
