A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32·2 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 35061 (Town of Clevedon Extension No. 5), being part Allotment 5, Parish of Wairoa, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 951, folio 40 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of June, 1951.
