Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Ohineairua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Harold Kitchener Mulvay, of Hihitahi, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 429, folio 195 (Wellington Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 13 acres 2 roods 39·1 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10784, being part Allotment 41, Parish of Papakura, situated in the Borough of Papakura, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 910, folio 278 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water rights created by Memoranda of Transfer No. 322917 and No. 326121 (Canterbury Land Registry), for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 2 roods 5·7 perches.

Being Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, D.P. 13769 (being parts Rural Sections 2153 and 2164), and parts Rural Sections 2153 and 2164.
