A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the
Land Act, 1948.

Approximate area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :

Being Lot 7, D.P. 7049, being part Section 17, Block II, Upper
Kaikorai Survey District, being part of the land comprised

Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June,

the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing
purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Wellington-
Napier via Woodville Railway (Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation); and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of June, 1951.

Approximate area of the piece of land set apart : 30:86 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 15099, being part of Section 96, Hutt District,

Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold
estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a
milk-treating house, is hereby set apart for a public works depot;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of June, 1951.
