Land Taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Staff Accommodation)
in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (staff accommodation); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 28·8 perches.
Being Lot 18, D.P. 745, being part Section 1524, situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 43, folio 137 (Westland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1951.
