Land and an Easement Over Land Taken, and Portion of a Public Domain Set Apart, for Waterworks in Blocks X and XI, Rangitoto Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, and that the portion of public domain described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for waterworks; and I do also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain pipes along, under, or over the said land for the purpose of conveying water, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June, 1951.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126713, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement over part created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 85504, Canterbury Land Registry, for a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of June, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 6·9 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10179, being part Rural Section 5.
Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8312.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134059, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 47 acres 3 roods 19·4 perches.
Being Lots 108, 109, and part Lot 110, D.P. 459, being part Rural Section 25108.
Situated in Block XIV, Ashburton Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8026.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134189, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1951.
