M. Finlayson, Limited, of Palmerston North, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1590, Volume 407, folio 87 (Auckland Land Registry), and that the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Thomas Spear, of Arapuni, Shop Assistant, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1624, Volume 407, folio 196 (Auckland Land Registry), are hereby taken for the development of water-power (Arapuni Scheme).
