Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Saddle Hill to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land :—
A. R. P.
6 3 29 Part Walton Park Railway, being part Sections 30,
31, Green Island West Survey District, and part
Section 69, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri
Survey District.
Situated in Taieri County. (S.O. 9409.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7678, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 19th day of May, 1951.

Additional Land Taken for the Kaipara–Waikato Railway in the
Borough of Pukekohe

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the Kaipara–Waikato Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 17·8
perches.
Being street adjoining part Allotment 16, Pukekohe Parish, on
D.P. 13805.
Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Borough of
Pukekohe) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35007.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134160, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 19th day of May, 1951.

Land Taken for Electric Works in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
electric works and shall vest in the Auckland Electric-power Board
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day
of May, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·3 perches.
Being part Allotment 82 of Section 36, Town of Auckland.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of
Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35061.)

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 28th day of May, 1951.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
soil-conservation and river-control purposes; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day
of May, 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·8 perches.
Being part Section 91, Hutt District, and being also Lot 5, D.P.
9797, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 464, folio 293 (Wellington Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
