Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
1 rood 39·6 perches.
Being part Allotment 34A, Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36595.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134032, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1951.

PURSUANT to section 167 of the Maori Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on the 15th day of October, 1947, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 23rd day of October, 1947, at page 1706, and affecting the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
