A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by George Houghton Cawte Young, and Nellie Matilda Young, his Wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of Crown Lease contained in Volume 40, folio 100 (Marlborough Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May, 1951.
