LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE
APPPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title to shares Nos. 4721 to 4730, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate No. 5236 issued in the name of ELEANOR GUYMER, of Wellington, and the said ELEANOR GUYMER has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said shares has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from date hereof there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of electors of a community centre district, duly created by the Lower Hutt City Council under the provisions of the Lower Hutt City Empowering (Community Centres) Act, 1949, and taken on the 21st day of April, 1951, on the proposal to levy a fee not exceeding 6d. per week on all dwelling units within the Community Centre District of Naenae, Taita, and Epuni, as defined by the Council’s Community Centre Plan No. 2, for the purpose of providing swimming-baths, community halls, and other civic amenities within the said district and the maintenance or partial maintenance thereof—

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
