NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under :—

Domain Board Appointed to Have Control of the Omatane Domain

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1951

Present :

THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Elmer Jago Smith,
Allan Harcourt Smith,
Barbara Joyce Newton,
James William Awarua Donovan, and
Robert Granville Lawton

to be the Omatane Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the 26th day of April, 1951, at 8 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Omatane Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—OMATANE DOMAIN

SECTION 43, Block IV, Hautapu Survey District: Area, 9 acres 1 rood 1·9 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act, 1948, and subject also to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act, 1950. (S.O. plan 22271.)
