COOPER VALUE AND COMPANY, LIMITED
NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION
Pursuant to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held on the 13th day of April, 1951, the following special resolution was passed:—
“1. That, consequent upon the death of Mr. Sydney Cooper, the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That Mr. N. A. Ellery, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

“2. That Mr. Burnham William Heasman, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
