Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Blocks XI and XIII,
Rangitoto Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of April, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 29 acres 1 rood 32·4 perches.

Being portion of Motuihi Island in the Waitemata Harbour, situated in Blocks XI and XIII, Rangitoto Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Proclamation No. 13149.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132531, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of April, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of April, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 14 acres 3 roods 31 perches.

Being part Tangonge K.G.R.

Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33249.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122021, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood.

Being Section 1108, Town of Hokitika, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 5, folio 1266 (Westland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 18·03 perches.

Being Lot 14, D.P. 8102, being part Section 6, Hutt District, and being also all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 374, folio 248 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1951.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133979, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
