to be Returning Officer and person to prepare the roll of electors for the first election of a Board of seven Commissioners for the Tawa Flat Town District; also to appoint Saturday, the 26th day of May, 1951, as the day for holding such first election; and also to appoint Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1951, at 7.45 o’clock in the afternoon, as the time, and the Tawa Flat Fire-station, Lyndhurst Road, Tawa Flat, as the place, for holding the first meeting of the Board of Commissioners so elected.
