A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 24·38 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 14474, being part Suburban Section 172, Township of Palmerston North, and being also part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 528, folio 179, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Palmerston North.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131962, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
