PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 3·62 perches.
Being Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 42, and 43, D.P. 9093, Block XXIX, Hutt Valley Settlement, being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 496, folio 230, Wellington Land Registry.
