“The commission granted to Temp. 2nd Lieutenant R. Tapper, 1st Battalion, is hereby cancelled. Dated 12th March, 1948.”

Lieutenant-Colonel G. G. Talbot, O.B.E., M.B., Ch.B., F.R.C.S., M.R.C.O.G., relinquishes the appointment of O.C., Surgical Division, 1st General Hospital, R.N.Z.A.M.C., dated 22nd February, 1951, is appointed Assistant Director of Medical Services, Northern Military District, on a part-time basis, and is granted the temporary rank of Colonel. Dated 23rd February, 1951.
Captain C. P. M. Feltham, M.B., Ch.B., 2nd General Hospital, R.N.Z.A.M.C., to be Major. Dated 21st February, 1951.
Temp. Captain H. Smith, M.D., B.Chir.(Camb.), D.P.H.(Lond.), relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Hygiene, Central Military District, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Army Medical Corps, with the rank of Captain, with seniority from 10th October, 1941. Dated 31st July, 1949.
