ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total of 9 acres 3 roods 32·7 perches, more or less, being parts of Reserve 322, Block IX, Okuru Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2982, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Revoking the Reservation Over Portions of the Winton Domain, Southland Land District
B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of March, 1951 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the portions of the Winton Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be Crown lands available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1948, was published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 2nd day of November, 1950:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated the 29th day of November, 1950, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection (l) of section 41 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the portions of the Winton Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be Crown lands available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1948.

Also Sections 1 and 24, Block XVIII, Town of Winton : Area, 2 roods, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury Land District
B. C. FREYBERG, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of March, 1951 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be changed from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for an addition to a site for a public school was published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 28th day of September, 1950:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated the 29th day of November, 1950, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection (l) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for an addition to a site for a public school.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for the growth and preservation of timber over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.
SECTION 58, Block XVI, New River Hundred : Area, 2 acres 3 roods' more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for rifle-range purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

SECTION 14, Block IX, Cambridge Survey District: Area, 7 acres, more or less.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 123 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block IX, Cambridge Survey District (Karapiro Settlement), and part Section 11, Block X, Cambridge Survey District (Karapiro Settlement). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/11/45A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
