A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1951.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken or the Development of Water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Blocks X and XIV, Cambridge Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by David Robert Lochead, of Cambridge, Farmer, and Una Pauline Nita Lochead, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1257, Volume 252, folio 169, Auckland Registry), and that the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Howard Burnett Rishworth, of Karapiro, Farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1259, Volume 248, folio 47, Auckland Registry, and that the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Alexander Alfred Mowat, of Cambridge, Farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1269, Volume 251, folio 47, Auckland Registry), and that the leasehold estate in the land fourthly described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Charles Harris Humphries, of Cambridge, Farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1260, Volume 248, folio 51, Auckland Registry), are hereby taken for the development of water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
