Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 25·82 perches.

Being Lot 23A, D.P. 7073, being part Section 102, Wakari Survey District, situated in the City of Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 316, folio 29 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was acquired together with the benefit of the drainage rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 156564 (Otago Land Registry), to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act, 1948, together with the benefit of the said drainage rights.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 38·57 perches.

Being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 6508, being part Section 15, Block VI, Hawksbury Survey District, situated in the Township of Hawksbury (Borough of Waikouaiti), and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 325, folio 71 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1951.

Additional Land Taken for an Aerodrome in the City of Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March, 1951.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 50 acres 0 roods 10·2 perches.

Being Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 3111, being part Rural Section 530 on the plan of the Town of Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 256, folio 224 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of March, 1951.
