Crown Land in Otago Land District Set Apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 9 of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods 39·4 perches, more or less, situated in the Township of Casanova, being Lot 20, Block III, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin, under No. 3808, being part Section 12, Block I, Oamaru Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 224, folio 170 (Otago Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/575A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of March, 1951.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—CITY OF WANGANUI
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 34·75 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on the plan numbered 14836, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington, being part Section 64, Left Bank, Wanganui River. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/4812/6A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of March, 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 372 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Section 4 of Square 155, and Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block II,
Wangapeka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 102/29, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plans S.O. 2571 and S.O. 2572.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of March, 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 acre 4 perches.
Being Section 28, Taneatua Village.
Situated in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35018.)
In the South Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133664, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
