NOTICE is hereby given that by extraordinary resolution dated 28th February, 1951, the above company has resolved :—
"That, by reason of its liabilities it cannot continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that Mr. MALCOLM JOHN MASON, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator."

ONERAHI TOWN BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Onerahi Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £8,150, authorized to be raised by the Onerahi Town Board under the above-mentioned Act for improving the water-supply system, the said Onerahi Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 7.9478868 pence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Onerahi Town District comprising the whole of the Town District of Onerahi, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 28th day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years or until the loan is fully paid off."
We hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of the resolution passed by the Onerahi Town Board on the 11th July, 1950.

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Napier City Council hereby resolves as follows :—
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest, principal, and other charges on a loan of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000), authorized to be raised by the Napier City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of sealing streets and footpaths, constructing retaining-walls, kerbing and channelling, culverts, storm-water drainage, street-widening, purchasing plant, smoothing-coat on road surfaces, and forming and metalling Battery Road, the said the Napier City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eighteen one-hundredths of a penny (18/100d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 17th day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, for a period of twenty (20) years or until the loan is fully paid off."
Notice is hereby given that the above resolution was passed on the 26th day of February, 1951.

RUNANGA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Street Loan, 1950, £1,500
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Runanga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,500, authorized to be raised by the Runanga Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for constructing part of Somerled Avenue, Dunollie, and sealing part of McGowan Street, Runanga, the said Runanga Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of four decimal two six five pence (4.265d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Runanga; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and to be payable yearly on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of the resolution passed by the Runanga Borough Council at its meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1951.
