Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·43 perches.
Being part Allotment 360, Parish of Te Rapa.
Situated in Block I, Hamilton Survey District (City of Hamilton), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34600.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133443, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1951.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Campbell Road, in the Borough of One Tree Hill, Subject to Conditions as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of March, 1951
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the One Tree Hill Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 feet, but not less than 40 feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1 to 13 (both inclusive) of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street (as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 133630, referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-line of the said street, or on Lot 14 of the said subdivision within a distance of 46 feet from the centre-line of the said street.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of March, 1951

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1948, and section 125 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 feet but not less than 52·8 feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 133545, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 48 feet from the centre-line of the said street.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 27 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the 21st day of December, 1949, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 78 of the 22nd day of the same month at page 2837, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 12851, authorizing the One Tree Hill Borough Council to permit the laying-off of a street in the Borough of One Tree Hill at a width for a part of its length of less than 66 feet but not less than 40 feet, subject to conditions as to the building-line, by cancelling the building-line conditions imposed by the said Order in Council.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

ALL that portion of road in the Wairoa County, known as the Painga Road, passing through Section 5 and adjoining Sections 4, 6, and 7, all in Block XIV, Tuahu Survey District, commencing at its intersection with a public road which forms the south-western boundary of the aforesaid Section 5 and proceeding in an easterly direction generally to the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Section 4, a distance of 37 chains, approximately. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 133491, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
